Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute aftermarket product line strategies, programs, roadmaps, and promotions to accelerate growth against annual plans.
  • •Drive aftermarket profitability, revenue, margin, and cost-out initiatives; grow aftermarket revenue and manage portfolio/lifecycle goals.
  • •Monitor product line performance vs. Profit Plan and Forecast goals and participate in annual plan development.
  • •Lead competitive assessments to maintain market position, including cross-references, product data, pricing strategies, and portfolio requirements.
  • •Manage project and program plans for aftermarket product launches, coordinating cross-functional communication and supporting marketing collateral and digital content needs.

Salary: EUR 60,800 - 89,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master degree in marketing, business, or engineering.
  • •5 years’ experience in successful implementation of Sales and Marketing/Aftermarket initiatives, product management/product strategy, or program management.
  • •Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • •Experience in marketing and sales/aftermarket with solid business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Solid Microsoft Office skills and program management standard tools (PMP/PMI); certifications preferred.
