Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end pricing and commercial structuring for services and product engagements across time-and-material, fixed-price, milestone-based, and managed services models.
•Partner with sales, delivery, and solution teams to support competitive proposals and statements of work.
•Build and maintain pricing templates, rate-card frameworks, and cost models tailored to IT/consulting services and products.
•Track and analyze commercial performance metrics including revenue per engagement, margin trends, deal win/loss patterns, and pricing variances.
•Develop pricing tools, calculators, and dashboards to streamline proposal development and support deal structuring.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Chartered Financial Analyst or MBA.
•2–3 years of hands-on experience in services pricing, commercial finance, or financial analysis in an IT services/consulting environment.
•Experience preparing pricing proposals and commercial structures for engagements (rate cards, staffing models, fixed-bid estimation).
•Strong financial acumen with pricing models, cost-to-serve analysis, margin calculations, and commercial deal structuring.
•Ability to review contractual documents with a commercial lens.
