Job Summary

Coordinate production planning across Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales and Production to ensure optimal raw material stock and smooth manufacturing. Optimize use of resources (people, machinery, materials), manage SAP-based production reporting, and support cross-functional collaboration while ensuring safety and compliance. Serve as Shift Control Room Operator backup and assist with material transfers and SAP formula updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Acting as a key liaison between Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, and Production to ensure optimal raw material stock levels and smooth production planning through daily coordination of order data
•Optimizing the use of available resources (people, machinery, and raw materials) to minimize conflicts, inefficiencies, and unnecessary costs
•Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and occupational safety (OHS) regulations, as well as FAMIQS requirements within the operational area
•Managing production reporting in SAP, including confirmation of production outputs, settlement checks for raw materials, error resolution, and communication with Logistics
•Coordinating smooth production operations across departments, resolving conflicts, and supporting cross-functional collaboration

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and safe, efficient operations
•Practical experience in working with SAP and production/planning tools (e.g., TW)
•Good command of English for international collaboration
•Broad knowledge of production planning, logistics, quality, and supply chain processes
•Proficient in PCs and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
