Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the 1–3 year card manufacturing and delivery strategy balancing service levels, customer experience, cost-to-serve, and transparency.
  • •Design and operationalise a scalable global supply chain operating model, including governance cadence, escalation paths, decision forums, and metrics/scorecards.
  • •Own partner monitoring and coverage roadmap so issues are detected early and resolved via clear ownership.
  • •Lead global partner portfolio strategy and vendor accountability, including concentration risk management, transition planning, and risk-managed migrations.
  • •Negotiate contracts end-to-end with manufacturing and logistics partners, building contract architecture with SLAs/KPIs, meaningful remedies, auditability, data transparency, and exit/transition clauses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 83,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ownership of end-to-end supply chain strategy for card manufacturing, personalisation, and secure physical delivery operations.
  • •Demonstrated experience in card fulfillment and last-mile delivery, including postal network/courier management (e.g., Royal Mail, USPS, DHL), tracking integration, and performance optimisation.
  • •Strong track record holding vendors accountable (card bureaus, fulfillment houses, and delivery carriers) and influencing partners to deliver outcomes aligned with company goals.
  • •High-stakes end-to-end commercial negotiation experience with manufacturing partners, personalisation bureaus, and logistics providers, representing the organisation at executive level.
  • •Deep capability in contract design, including delivery SLAs/KPIs, pricing, remedies/credits, transparency clauses, and exit/transition planning.
