Key Responsibilities

•Portfolio Architecture & LRP: Build and manage the Long-Range Plan (LRP) in alignment with Product and Merchandising strategies and harmonize franchise lifecycles with regional demands.
•P1 Planning & Resource Management: Establish seasonal and annual perspectives, balancing capacity, financials, and franchise health.
•People Leadership: Build and lead a diversified, world-class team and coach across a complex global organization.
•Horizontal Priority Execution: Lead execution across product teams for major brand priorities and ensure alignment with strategy.
•Innovation to Inline Roadmap: Manage the pipeline from concept to GTM, ensuring breakthroughs translate into commercial inline products with clear messaging.

Key Requirements

•13+ years of experience in global product strategy, portfolio management, or product merchandising within premium lifestyle, footwear or sportswear brands.
•Mature executive leadership with a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and navigating diverse cross-functional teams within complex, matrixed global organizations.
•Deep experience building Long-Range Plans (LRP), managing complex financials and capacity planning, and driving scalable growth.
•Ability to translate consumer insights into culture-relevant storytelling and bridge advanced product innovation with commercial inline reality (GTM fluency).
•Degree in Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
