Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and implementation of procurement and commercial strategies aligned to project and business objectives.
  • •Assist in sourcing strategy, market engagement, tender documentation, and development of lotting/commercial models.
  • •Support procurement activities through tender stages including ITT preparation, evaluation, and contract award.
  • •Assist in preparation, review, and administration of contracts; support contract management including supplier performance and contractual compliance.
  • •Support cost monitoring, forecasting, commercial reporting, business case/approval documentation, and development of procurement performance metrics and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
  • •Prior experience supporting procurement, commercial, or contract management activities.
  • •Experience working within major projects and regulated environments such as infrastructure, energy, utilities, or construction.
  • •Understanding of procurement processes and contract administration principles.
  • •Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and communication/stakeholder management abilities (with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel).
