  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field plus 10 years of experience on construction projects, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • •Experience working as a Consultant (Owner’s Representative role) and/or Contractor (Project Manager or greater role).
  • •Manage complex design-build project execution to meet design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.
  • •Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records and documentation using a task-oriented approach.
  • •Review design-builder change orders while maintaining budget integrity and producing accurate financial reports.
