Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with day-to-day manufacturing operations, including monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and helping ensure production goals are met.
  • •Participate in quality control/quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and confirming they meet standards and specifications.
  • •Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs in manufacturing operations.
  • •Collect and analyze data on manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • •Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles and prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation while following HS&E standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 44 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM/business-related fields.
  • •Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
  • •Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
  • •Be able to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary).
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States and maintain work authorization without requiring sponsorship by Baker Hughes.
