Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Installatieverantwoordelijke (NEN 3140/3840), maintaining the Electrical Safety Management System, overseeing authorization of QEW/IEW roles, and managing competency frameworks for E‑roles.
•Ensure correct LOTO implementation, access control to electrical areas, and safe execution of maintenance, inspections, and handovers.
•Approve high-risk electrical assessments and align standards for machines, utilities, and low-voltage systems.
•Monitor compliance with applicable standards and legislation, and coordinate internal and external Electrical Safety audits.
•Lead investigations of electrical incidents, drive continuous improvement, and capture lessons learned.
•Report on electrical safety performance and deliver electrical safety training.
•Advise Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and Corporate EHS on electrical safety matters.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
