Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and further develop scope, approach, scenarios, and test designs for bank readiness tests in alignment with value streams and program goals.
  • •Collaborate with business architects and delivery management to translate business processes, transformation requirements, and migration goals into end-to-end test scenarios.
  • •Establish a structured approach for test design, test preparation, execution, and reporting across multiple platforms and applications.
  • •Ensure coverage of end-to-end bank processes, including dependencies and integration points between business areas, applications, and platforms.
  • •Coordinate test activities across international and cross-functional teams; identify dependencies, risks, gaps, environment readiness requirements, and support testing governance/QA/defect management.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in large transformation programs in banking or financial services consulting as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or Test Architect.
  • •Strong knowledge of end-to-end banking processes, including hands-on experience in at least two of: Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Finance.
  • •Method expertise across test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution.
  • •Proven experience with complex multi-platform and multi-application test environments and end-to-end test scenario definition/coordination across domains.
  • •Experience with bank migrations and/or post-merger integration (PMI) programs, ideally from a testing perspective.
