Reception Manager

Oversee daily reception and guest-welcoming operations within a dining hall, ensuring a professional first point of contact. Lead and supervise the reception team (including head hostess and hostesses/receptionists), manage schedules for coverage, and coach staff to maintain service standards. Coordinate guest flow during peak periods, support shift coverage as needed, handle guest inquiries and feedback, and report operational updates to management while promoting venue offerings and events.
