Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish cost and schedule baselines, including processes, templates, and tools, and monitor performance while incorporating impacts of risk, opportunities, and change.
  • •Identify trends and root causes of baseline deviations using lead/lag indicators and recommend remedial actions to drive best value.
  • •Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets using governance controls to support successful delivery.
  • •Coordinate and facilitate planning sessions and workshops to build master project/programme schedules, agree baselines, and define critical paths.
  • •Create and/or manage cost reports and executive dashboards, act as client point of contact for delivery and commercial issues, and incorporate project changes through the change management process.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in project controls coordination across the project lifecycle, including program, risk, and reporting, with specialist life sciences or data centre sector experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to determine corrective actions and recommendations using facts and figures, critically evaluating information from multiple sources.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills and Primavera P6 experience.
  • •Commitment to providing excellent service.
  • •Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong time management and deadline focus.
