Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current HEYDUDE product collaborations, launches, and initiatives.
  • •Follow HEYDUDE policies including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and move/arrange merchandise on shelves and racks.
  • •Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for at least 8 hours per shift and continuously move around the store.
