Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and materials to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • •Partner with internal organizations and managers to improve engagement and retention using HR programs and tools.
  • •Conduct employee investigations and assist with performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • •Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and compliance reporting.
  • •Lead or support HR programs and processes such as talent development, performance management, NOM-035 initiatives, and employee engagement surveys.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
