Project Manager - Real Estate Construction Project

Lead end-to-end project delivery for Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate Hospitality clients across Italy. Serve as the day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met for time, cost, quality, and appropriate standards. Advise at project conception, set success criteria, manage quality/safety/health/environment and governance, develop detailed project plans, oversee teams and performance (KPIs), manage change control, finances, reporting, and coordination with consultants throughout all stages.
