Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery on large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met for time, cost, and quality standards.
  • •Advise strategically at project conception and help define approaches to meet client objectives.
  • •Establish success criteria and oversee quality, safety, health, and environment management plus project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Lead planning, procurement advice, cross-functional team facilitation, KPI-based performance monitoring, change control, financial guidance, reporting, and coordination with consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 10 years of experience in real estate projects, ideally in hospitality.
  • •Proven track record delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
