Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop modules for the internet lending system (loan origination, risk decisioning, transaction processing, ledger) while ensuring stability and data consistency under high concurrency.
  • •Write clean, idiomatic Rust backend code; create unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews for maintainability and best practices.
  • •Contribute to Domain-Driven Design modeling and microservices architecture discussions to build scalable system blueprints.
  • •Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to support code generation, refactoring, test coverage, and troubleshooting.
  • •Tune system performance by resolving memory safety issues, concurrency races, and database bottlenecks to meet financial-grade SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Working English for technical discussions, code reviews, and async written communication.
  • •3+ years of backend development experience with systems/high-performance backend languages (Rust, Go, Java, or C++), including concurrency, memory management, and async programming.
  • •Understanding of Domain-Driven Design, including bounded contexts and designing aggregate roots/entities (distributed systems experience is a plus).
  • •Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL, including writing efficient SQL queries and understanding basic indexing.
