Key Responsibilities

•Develop modules for the internet lending system (loan origination, risk decisioning, transaction processing, ledger) while ensuring stability and data consistency under high concurrency.
•Write clean, idiomatic Rust backend code; create unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews for maintainability and best practices.
•Contribute to Domain-Driven Design modeling and microservices architecture discussions to build scalable system blueprints.
•Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to support code generation, refactoring, test coverage, and troubleshooting.
•Tune system performance by resolving memory safety issues, concurrency races, and database bottlenecks to meet financial-grade SLAs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Working English for technical discussions, code reviews, and async written communication.
•3+ years of backend development experience with systems/high-performance backend languages (Rust, Go, Java, or C++), including concurrency, memory management, and async programming.
•Understanding of Domain-Driven Design, including bounded contexts and designing aggregate roots/entities (distributed systems experience is a plus).
•Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL, including writing efficient SQL queries and understanding basic indexing.
