•Provide tailored beauty consultations and expert product recommendations based on each client’s needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients returning.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment while following company policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.6 - 26 hourly

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and staying up to date on trends to help empower clients’ confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work effectively as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
