Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee delivery of enterprise-wide IT core services, ensuring project goals, timelines, and objectives are met without disruption to ongoing command operations.
  • •Provide technical oversight and direction for enterprise Windows and Linux server environments, including daily administration, health, and security posture.
  • •Lead endpoint security, observability/monitoring, MCM patch/software deployment, and e-discovery support workflows (forensic data isolation and collection protocols).
  • •Direct storage and VMware teams for enterprise storage arrays, capacity planning, backup infrastructure, and hypervisor cluster deployment, optimization, and security.
  • •Manage IT service delivery processes (incident, problem, change, configuration) using ITIL best practices; maintain and report SLAs and KPIs, coordinate service transitions, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Active TS/SCI clearance (must currently possess) and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar leadership role managing enterprise environments.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in IT service management and processes/tools (e.g., ITIL, Remedy, and/or ServiceNow), including SLA development and reporting.
  • •Strong Linux/Unix and Windows systems administration experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
