Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and map workflows to Suger’s APIs, integrations, and AI-powered automation.
  • •Lead technical discovery, demos/walkthroughs, and AI-enabled proof-of-concepts for customers.
  • •Guide onboarding, implementation, and go-live, including AI-assisted workflows for marketplace and billing automation.
  • •Troubleshoot API issues by investigating logs, validating configurations, and supporting escalations across traditional and AI-backed components.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering/Product/Customer Success to reproduce and debug issues, create technical documentation/playbooks, and support technical alignment across the deal cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in a software engineering (solutions-focused) or solutions engineering/architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.

  • •Strong communication skills with professional English proficiency to explain technical problems and solutions clearly.
