Inside Sales Associate

Build customer relationships by assisting walk-in and phone customers and representing the company professionally. You’ll process and distribute products, handle questions and complaints, and accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices and secure payment. The role also covers warranty item disposition at the counter and estimating delivery dates based on vendor schedules, with support for receiving and shipping/warehouse duties.
