Job Summary

Manage customer accounts within the GBS Order-to-Cash (OTC) process by monitoring receivables, following up on overdue balances, and resolving payment discrepancies. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate AR records in ERP systems while supporting correct cash application and exceptions handling. Analyze AR performance and report key metrics such as DSO and aging. Partner across Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Finance to improve collection outcomes and working capital targets.

•Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collection of outstanding receivables.
•Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue balances to optimize cash flow.
•Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, deductions, and account reconciliation issues.
•Perform customer account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records in ERP systems.
•Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and improve collection outcomes, using tools such as HighRadius to enhance efficiency and controls.
