Job Summary

Assist with venue show production errands and stage operations, ensuring backstage and stage areas stay clean and uncluttered. Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to band/talent, retrieve and deliver equipment and paperwork, and support guest list/show pass distribution. Help the Green Room Server as needed and perform opening, running, and closing side duties while staying confidential, pleasant, and professional in a fast-paced live music environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle errands and tasks associated with the talent and production of a show, maintaining confidentiality.
•Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to band/talent.
•Retrieve and deliver equipment and paperwork.
•Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter.
•Assist with stage production tasks such as show pass/guest list distribution and support the Green Room Server.

Key Requirements

•Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance.
•Must have an exceptional driving record.
•Must have knowledge of touring or stage production operations.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to work late and extended hours.
