Key Responsibilities

  • •Embodies a strong client experience culture by being present with every client and teammate.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Act as a resource for resolving more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide tailored recommendations; transition clients to a banker when appropriate.
  • •Maintain compliance/audit/security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and support branch performance through planning and participation in morning huddles/end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash transactions.
  • •General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities.
