Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and extend highly available, distributed services for the time series platform.
  • •Design, implement, and operate large-scale multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure using GitOps.
  • •Use automation (including Terraform) to streamline infrastructure and operational processes.
  • •Participate in incident response via a low-volume pager rotation and serve as a Kubernetes/infrastructure subject matter expert.
  • •Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production workload issues across teams, communicating clearly and iterating toward excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Production-level experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems such as Istio and Vault.
  • •Terraform and automation tooling experience to automate and refine manual/automated processes.
  • •Hands-on experience running production workloads on managed or self-managed Kubernetes across one or more clouds (AWS, Google, Azure).
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex issues methodically, both independently and as part of a team.
  • •Willingness to join a low-volume pager rotation and act as a subject matter expert on Kubernetes and infrastructure operations.
