Job Summary

Provide Workday Production Support for HR, Recruiting, and Finance teams by resolving cases within SLA targets. Perform light Workday configurations and enhancements, execute routine system tasks (e.g., security assignments, bulk transactions via EIBs), and support testing with UAT and deployment sign-off. Monitor integration errors, escalate technical issues, collect evidence for SOX controls, and drive continuous improvements to support workflows, documentation, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to and resolve Workday Production Support cases from HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams while meeting SLA and case resolution targets.
•Perform light Workday configurations/enhancements (notifications, alerts, validations, help text, document updates, and business process modifications).
•Execute routine system tasks following SOPs, including security assignments, creating locations and cost centers, and processing bulk transactions via EIBs.
•Collect evidence for Workday SOX controls for Internal Audit.
•Test and validate configurations, coordinate UAT with requestors, obtain sign-off, and deploy changes to Production.

Key Requirements

•3+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience in a system support or analyst role, including functional knowledge and light configuration experience.
•1+ year hands-on Workday Recruiting experience to support recruiting workflows and troubleshoot common issues.
•Proven customer service excellence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Technical proficiency with EIB data loads, Excel for data analysis/manipulation, and ticketing systems.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
