Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior hands-on technical IC leadership for knowledge intelligence, shaping architecture, technical direction, and implementation for an enterprise knowledge platform.
  • •Own architecture and delivery of scalable platform capabilities across ingestion, extraction, enrichment, classification, knowledge asset management, discovery, reuse, governance, and controlled downstream consumption.
  • •Translate knowledge management/engineering, ontology/taxonomy, graph, and AI-assisted curation practices into engineering standards, reusable patterns, reference architectures, APIs/SDKs, and runbooks.
  • •Lead workflows to extract, refine, summarize, classify, deduplicate, consolidate, and contextualize fragmented information into trusted, structured, traceable knowledge assets.
  • •Establish operational readiness and governance (SLOs/SLAs, observability, incident response, resilience patterns, quality scoring, duplication/contradiction detection, and citation/provenance validation).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, Data Engineering, AI, or related).
  • •7+ years of hands-on backend, data, AI, knowledge, search, or enterprise information platform engineering experience.
  • •Proven senior technical IC/platform lead experience owning architecture, engineering standards, design review, and production readiness.
  • •Deep knowledge of knowledge intelligence/management (taxonomy/ontology design, metadata standards, knowledge refinement, lifecycle, governance, lineage).
  • •Hands-on knowledge graph, semantic search, RAG/agentic AI, or data enrichment systems with strong foundations in distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, observability, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
