Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain systems that allow research + engineering to iteratively develop, test, and deploy new features reliably, with high velocity and low friction.
  • •Oversee and drive the vision for how we should build, test and deploy software, designing CI pipelines and testing infrastructure.
  • •Take ownership of Python, Rust, and C++ environments to transform development experience for research.
  • •Provide tools and metrics to support a fast-paced culture and ensure a stable, scalable platform for growth.
  • •Foster a seamless and low-friction experience for OpenAI’s research.
