Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including pre-positioning and responses to RFQs/RFPs, and support shortlist interview preparation.
  • •Lead a federal proposal team, allocating workload, driving cross-skilling, managing performance, and ensuring compliant, quality deliverables.
  • •Manage must-win pursuits from capture through interview stage, including developing schedules, templates, content plans, annotated outlines, and production.
  • •Own proposal strategy execution: participate in Go/No-Go, capture strategies, greenlight analyses, and ensure compliance with delegation of authority guidelines.
  • •Facilitate color team/quality reviews, apply lessons learned, lead debriefs, and support initiatives to streamline processes and integrate AI into proposal workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
  • •3+ years of people-management experience, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
  • •Proven success leading complex, multi-discipline and/or multi-geography proposals valued over $20 million.
  • •Strong understanding of proposal and presentation best practices for crafting key messages aligned to evaluation criteria.
  • •Excellent writing and editing skills, including strong grammar, tone, and style control.
