  • •Serve as the primary finance partner and first point of contact for North America and Field Operations leadership teams.
  • •Lead quarterly and annual budgeting cycles, quarterly business reviews, scenario analysis, headcount modeling, and support quarter-end close.
  • •Perform variance analysis to identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and provide recommendations for management decisions.
  • •Manage cost allocation and support quarterly forecasts; analyze accounts receivable to improve days sales outstanding.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting roles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or related field; Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
  • •Proficiency in financial planning and analysis and business partnering, with strong data collation and modeling skills.
  • •Experience with financial systems including SAP and BPC ERP; Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • •Excellent communication and influencing skills to present complex financial information clearly in a fast-paced environment.
