•Actively assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with CROCS/HEYDUDE.
•Adhere to all policies including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older and eligible to work
•Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays with reliable attendance
•Team-first attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
•Ability to move merchandise and assist with stockroom activities, including lifting up to 30 pounds
•Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift and read/instruction on computer/register screens
