Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide data-driven insight to inform product decisions across South Korea and Japan, from reducing onboarding friction to identifying funnel leaks and opportunities.
  • •Partner with product managers, engineering, and analysts to set KPIs and monitor impacts on conversion, stickiness, and engagement.
  • •Lead product discovery work to surface customer segments and use cases for new products or expanded capabilities.
  • •Deeply understand customers in both markets and translate differences in needs and financial behaviors into actionable growth strategy.
  • •Build conviction on high-value initiatives and challenge assumptions with faster or more effective ways to grow each market.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 8,416.67 - 10,916.67 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in a similar or progressive role.
  • •Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • •Technically confident in advanced SQL and python.
  • •Strong analytical mind and product intuition, ideally with exposure to South Korean and/or Japanese banking, payments, or financial services.
  • •Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts) in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance.
