Senior Automotive ASPICE Assessor within NVIDIA's Infrastructure, Planning and Processes group. Key Responsibilities

•Lead ASPICE PAM 4.0 and HW SPICE assessments across systems, software, and hardware, including supporting and management processes
•Utilize AI-assisted assessment tooling to review, validate, and cluster findings and identify systemic root causes
•Facilitate structured findings workshops with development teams and drive discussions toward actionable improvements
•Translate findings into concrete, trackable improvement items and follow up through to closure with team leads and program managers
•Communicate assessment status, trends, and risks to senior leadership and steering groups, and prepare well-structured briefings for informed decisions

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Automotive SPICE assessments and related fields
•BS or MS in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•Intacs Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor certification; Competent Assessor strongly preferred
•Strong knowledge of Automotive SPICE PAM 4.0 and ability to evaluate, articulate, and support findings at BP and GP levels
•Demonstrated track record in ASPICE assessments from planning through report delivery
