Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within specified research grants and projects, contributing to bid writing and analyzing and interpreting research findings.
  • •Establish and conduct high-throughput studies of lymphocyte receptor (TCR/BCR) antigen specificity and automate screening assays.

  • •Experience with TCR/BCR sequence and structure, and methods to obtain, clone, and re-express TCRs and BCRs.
  • •Experience with high-throughput liquid handling techniques and relevant immunology assays (e.g., flow cytometry and single-cell repertoire analysis).
