Job Summary

Own the Enterprise Technology resilience program by coordinating resilience frameworks, standards, and operating processes. Maintain disaster recovery plans and dependency maps, and run recovery testing, simulations, and recovery validation. Support operational resilience and UKCGC Provision 29 initiatives, track findings and remediation actions, and build dashboards and management reporting. Partner with security, assurance, infrastructure, cloud, and service operations teams while using automation, workflow tooling, analytics, and AI-enabled practices to improve readiness and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the Enterprise Technology resilience framework, standards, and operating processes.
•Maintain disaster recovery plans, recovery strategies, dependency maps, and resilience documentation.
•Coordinate technology recovery testing, simulation exercises, and recovery validation activities.
•Support operational resilience and UKCGC Provision 29 initiatives across Enterprise Technology.
•Track resilience findings and improvement actions; design resilience dashboards and leverage automation, workflow tooling, analytics, and agentic AI to improve reporting and readiness.

Key Requirements

•Experience in technology resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, technology operations, or technology risk.
•Understanding of security, cloud, infrastructure, identity, networking, and service management environments.
•Experience coordinating recovery testing and resilience exercises, including scenario/tabletop activities.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
•Experience with reporting, workflow tooling, GRC platforms, or automation technologies; interest in AI-enabled operational improvement.
