Casca is building AGI for banking and is hiring a technical recruiter to architect and scale our engineering hiring. You’ll partner with founders to attract A+ engineers, design a compelling candidate experience, and build scalable processes to support 10x growth, sourcing and closing exceptional engineers when stakes are highest.

•Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers when the stakes are highest.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience recruiting engineers or technical talent
•Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up
•Strong network with engineering leaders and ability to engage senior engineers
•Technical aptitude to evaluate engineering skills without translator
•Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
