Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure scalable, standard methodology solutions that meet customer needs.
  • •Guide evaluation of business and technical requirements and review project vision, direction, implementation approach, and key artefacts.
  • •Act as lead architect by coordinating and aligning work across multiple architects and directing early solution evaluation.
  • •Balance strategic architecture leadership with hands-on solution delivery, including configuration and coding while driving design governance and technical integrity.
  • •Direct and mentor diverse teams and align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation with customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation for a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR) plus coding experience in object-oriented languages.
  • •Deep functional and business knowledge of Energy & Utilities and Telecommunications, including customer journeys and operations, preferably in Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • •Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration.
  • •Experience guiding customers and project members in rationalising and deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
  • •Degree or equivalent relevant experience required; available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally based on customer needs.
