Key Responsibilities

•Define the opportunities and direction for our products in Sweden, collaborating with global and regional teams to deliver best solutions.
•Deepen our presence and infrastructure in Sweden, managing licensing/registration processes and ensuring local regulatory compliance.
•Lead the Swedish branch and operations, serving as Sweden Country Manager and engaging with regulators, government bodies, and board processes.
•Maintain relationships with industry partners and financial institutions, leading commercial discussions and creating opportunities to improve the product in Sweden.
•Represent Wise in Sweden, coordinating with Public Relations and Product Marketing to drive brand awareness and market leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SEK 1,148,000 - 1,492,000 annually

•Proven ability to define market expansion strategies and product localisation.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management with regulators and government bodies.
