Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct final interviews for key roles and support recruiting, selection, and hiring using the online applicant tracking system when needed.
  • •Manage all in-store training activities and, with the store director and Education partners, develop and implement the store’s continuous training strategy.
  • •Supervise weekly scheduling, approve time-off requests, and manage store payroll to ensure timely, compliant pay.
  • •Write and present annual performance evaluations for direct reports; support the broader performance management process and ensure feedback follow-up.
  • •Lead store operational excellence, including executing store operational standards and managing inventory (shipping, receiving/returns, supplies/demonstrators, and cycle counts).
