Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead small/medium projects and provide technical input or lead sections on larger projects with support from engineering leadership.
  • •Plan engineering tasks, manage internal functions, and generate engineering management plans.
  • •Engage with customers to ensure solutions meet expectations and communicate customer requirements internally.
  • •Plan and present engineering design gate reviews and coordinate internal functions (e.g., airworthiness, safety) to meet delivery milestones.
  • •Execute system lifecycle activities (requirements management, validation, systems design, development, integration, verification, qualification) and manage engineering change with traceability of key decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant subject; or alternative education such as an HNC or apprenticeship with sufficient experience.
  • •5 years’ experience in an engineering role.
  • •Experience across the engineering lifecycle and with engineering design reviews.
  • •Good foundation in technical report writing and ability to present technical content to stakeholders.
  • •Some experience using project management to generate schedules would be beneficial.
