Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe driving.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing vehicles in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires the ability to handle physical movements and lift/carry/push/pull items up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment.
