Key Responsibilities

•Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and retaining talent across all markets.
•Design and implement a structured onboarding system, ensuring smooth role entry and probationary period completion for every new hire.
•Plan and manage employee integration timelines, providing hands-on support throughout the adaptation process.
•Coordinate local HR specialists across countries, ensuring aligned processes and consistent standards.
•Manage core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of HR experience with a strong track record in recruitment and onboarding
•Prior experience managing or coordinating HR teams across multiple locations is a strong advantage
•Deep knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and modern talent sourcing methods
•Structured and process-oriented, able to build systems from scratch and optimize existing ones
•Fluent in English; Ukrainian and Polish are an advantage
