Key Responsibilities

  • •Review schedule and prepare supplies and PPE for each day.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned market to provide scheduled preventative and diagnostic services.
  • •Perform blood draws using phlebotomy expertise and provide a warm, professional patient experience.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
  • •Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment. Manage supplies, time, and navigation independently.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Licensed Vocational Nurse (in-home experience preferred).
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • •Ability to travel approximately 75% of the year and be available Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
