Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Design Management team and support leadership with business development and team performance reviews.

  • •Manage sub-consultants, including responsibility matrices, back-to-back contract drafting and updates, and invoice progress tracking.
  • •Review design management work outputs for quality and contractual compliance, and establish design management procedures (programming, deliverables, approvals, coordination, meetings, and workshops).
