Job Summary

We are seeking a process‑driven Operations Specialist to strengthen the commercial foundation of our robotics solutions. You’ll own internal commercial workflows, manage projects from order to delivery, handle purchasing, inventory and master data, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day administration from our Stuttgart base in a hands‑on, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Project & Order Management: Manage our projects from a commercial perspective, from the initial order to final delivery.
•Purchasing & Material Management: Support the procurement of components and maintain close relationships with our vendors.
•Inventory Management: Keep a close eye on our stock levels and ensure all components are in the right place at the right time.
•General Administration: From preparatory accounting to master data management, keep our daily business running smoothly.

Key Requirements

•Background: Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration.
•Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
•Mindset: You possess a strong hands-on mentality. No task is too small or too complex for you when the team needs support.
•Drive: Your motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than deep industry knowledge in robotics.
•Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems. Business-level fluency in German and English is a must.
