Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Store Manager and support the leadership team to succeed across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Model and coach selling behaviors to deliver the ultimate consumer experience.
  • •Drive performance by delivering authentic customer service and meeting sales goals; support leadership in maximizing sales opportunities.
  • •Support operational excellence by getting products to the floor, executing store operations, and maintaining visual merchandising.
  • •Help lead a positive, engaging shopping experience and support key initiatives, including potential key-holder training.

Key Requirements

  • •Comply with Levi’s stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store-management directives.
  • •Consistently meet or exceed store and individual sales/performance goals.
  • •Be able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly move, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
  • •Provide reliable transportation.
