  • •Have or be working toward graduating with a BA/BS or MA/MS in an ABET-accredited program closely related to one of the listed engineering disciplines (transportation, environmental, buildings and places, construction engineering, or water engineering).
  • •Have interest and a technical background in the specific business line areas (e.g., civil/structural/traffic/aviation, civil/environmental, mechanical/electrical/structural/fire protection, construction engineering, or water resources/hydraulic/geotechnical).
  • •Be able to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
  • •Be prepared for possible travel requirements for some roles and maintain a valid U.S. Driver’s License if required by your role.
  • •Show familiarity with one or more tools/skills such as BIM (Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks), GIS (ESRI ArcGIS), or project management tools (Bluebeam & Revu).
