Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, coordination, and safe delivery of civil infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • •Provide project leadership across the lifecycle from early planning and constructability through construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • •Work with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal technical teams to establish clear objectives and drive successful delivery.
  • •Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, opportunities, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
  • •Oversee budgets, forecasting, cash flow, resources, commercial performance, governance/reporting/controls, and contract administration including change management, claims, and disputes where required.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline recognised by Engineers Australia.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing civil infrastructure project delivery, including roads, bridges, or transport infrastructure (Transport for Main Roads/TMR highly regarded).
  • •Experience across project development, construction delivery, and contract administration.
  • •Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, road and bridge design, construction, maintenance, and materials.
  • •Working knowledge of major contract forms such as AS 2124, AS 4300, D&C, Alliance (or similar); RPEQ registration or ability to obtain is highly regarded.
