Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and support developers to build solutions for regulatory needs using distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
  • •Execute the end-to-end test strategy and design/create automated test frameworks for the project team.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and experiences to millions of Americans.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams by setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Partner with architects to define service boundaries and integration patterns, and reduce technical debt via refactoring and performance improvements.

Salary: USD 179,400 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or cloud-based productivity or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •Experience with database and database management systems (3+ years).
