Identity and Access Management Product Lead

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) product portfolio across the Bupa Global, India and UK market unit. Own identity governance and administration, privileged access management, certificate, secrets, and keys management capabilities, bridging security, technology, and business outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through automation and self-service, establish performance/security metrics, influence executive stakeholders, and ensure compliance with standards and frameworks.
