  • •Own the operational management of Livingston, delivering standard or non-standard tasks within scope.
  • •Deliver all facilities management and project services on site.
  • •Manage the Facilities function interface with other business functions for Livingston and manage day-to-day site running.
  • •Supervise the site Facilities team and service partners to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Have achieved an HND or HNC as a minimum in an Engineering discipline.
  • •Have a sound working knowledge of all UK facilities statutes.
  • •Be a member of a relevant recognised industry professional body (e.g., IWFM, CIBSE) though it is not essential.
  • •Have working knowledge of automated drawing software packages / Computer Aided Design (CAD).
  • •Have a working knowledge of project management scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project; understand Asset Management / Protection.
